Sergey Belov, LEED, BD+C, AIA, CPHC
Principal + Founder
Prior to founding Saint Elmo Architecture Studio, Sergey honed his architectural skillset at various high-profile firms in New York, with projects in the US, Europe and Asia. Sergey is adept in commercial and residential design and also manages planning, design, and construction projects for The University of Texas at Austin. Recently completed projects at UT include: The University of Texas School of Law Courtyard and Plaza and The Blanton Museum of Art.
He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University, is LEED certified and is licensed in Texas and New York. He is also a certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC).
Stephanie Belov
Designer
A sixth generation Texan, Stephanie has always been an admirer of the natural environment and need for site specific design. Her background consists of designing for high-end footwear design firms in New York and Los Angeles. With the formation of Saint Elmo Architecture Studio, her main focus has shifted to interior design for the firm. She is also a graduate student at The University of Texas at Austin’s School of Architecture with a focus on Sustainable Interior Design.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and an Associate in Art in Advanced Footwear and Fashion Design from The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles.
