SEAS is an architecture and design firm with offices in Austin and New York City. Our firm focuses on energy efficiency, sustainable design strategies, Passive House (PHIUS) consulting and site specific design. We take pride in the close working relationships we develop with our clients in responding to their programmatic needs, budget and schedule while maintaining a strong focus on design. Projects undertaken by SEAS are diverse in scope, from single-family homes to art installations and commercial work.
Sergey Belov, Principal, LEED BD+C, AIA, CPHC
Prior to co-founding Saint Elmo Architecture Studio, Sergey honed his architectural skill set at various high-profile firms in New York with projects in the US, Europe and Asia. Sergey is adept in residential and commercial design. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University, is LEED certified and is licensed in Texas and New York. He is also pursuing his Masters of Science in Sustainable Design.
